If you wish to apply for a property you have viewed then you will need to complete a Tenant Application form.

There is also a continuation form available for download if required: Continuation Sheet.

You will also need to complete and return a Consent form to allow the referencing company to contact your referees. This is also available for download in PDF format: Consent Form.

We suggest that you inform all of your referees that they will be contacted by Letsafe within the next few days.

You will need to send us:

a. A cheque for our fees. These are £70.50 inc V.a.t per applicant (anybody over 18 living in the property) and a £200.00 holding deposit (This is added to your deposit and is refundable at the end of the tenancy subject to dilapidations). A company application costs £99.87 inc V.a.t

Cheques need to be made to ‘Stepping Stones’. If you wish to pay by bank transfer then please contact us so that we can provide you with the relevant detail.

b. Your fully completed and signed application, continuation and consent forms. Please note that all forms are signed correctly or they will be returned.

c. Photo I.D. To prevent fraud we also require photo I.D. for each applicant. This should be a copy of your passport or photo driving licence.
